David is the Chief Operating Officer for the PayPal Media Network, where he leads strategy and business operations. In addition, he is the site lead for the Boston office and runs the PayPal Start Tank, an incubator for the next wave of entrepreneurs. Prior to WHERE’s acquisition by PayPal in April 2011, he held the role of VP of Product, which included strategy and corporate development.
David is a seasoned entrepreneur with deep experience in product, marketing and software development at venture-backed startups. He has a successful track record in hands-on roles at both direct-to-consumer (B2C) and enterprise (B2B) companies, five of which were acquired or IPO’d. On the consumer side, David was VP of Marketing and Co-founder of Mobicious, where he led product and marketing efforts. He was also Director of New Products at TripAdvisor, where he launched new features to meet consumers’ needs. On the enterprise side, David was Director of Product Marketing at m-Qube, a pioneer in the mobile content space. Earlier in his career, he held a senior product role at edocs and was a VP of Technology at Goldman Sachs.

Dan is the Director of Mobile Marketing for PayPal, responsible for consumer and merchant acquisition for PayPal mobile products. In this role, he was responsible for the launch of the first family finding product in the wireless industry Sprint Family Locator, local search, and a host of other GPS enabled services. Prior to Sprint Nextel, Dan led product initiatives for VeriSign, a company he joined through a series of acquisitions including Network Solutions who acquired a start-up he helped launch, ImageCafe. Sarah is the Head of Marketing and Sales Strategy at PayPal. In addition to overseeing all marketing programs, Sarah plays a key role in developing the go-to-market strategy and evangelizing multi-channel media solutions across the broader PayPal organization. Prior to the acquisition of WHERE by PayPal, Sarah managed strategic partnerships, working with Constant Contact, AT&T and RIM.
Sarah has over 15 years of senior marketing and sales management experience, primarily within the media industry. Prior to relocating to the US in 2002, Sarah held positions in London, England at United Business Media and IPC Media.
She graduated from Lancaster University with a BA Honors in 1996, and later that year, qualified for MENSA membership. As a Product Manager for PayPal, Colin works on developing a multi-channel display platform. He builds our strategic roadmaps that define our solutions for the different markets/verticals we are working with. He works closely with multiple scrum teams, building and managing backlogs and defining customer value for each sprint. Jared Egan leads the iOS Team responsible for PayPal Here, one of the fastest and most exciting new PayPal products. PayPal Here is experiencing rapid growth and the team continues to innovate and expand into new markets. Jared has also created several iOS apps independently, most notably Catch The Bus and Catch The T, which provide real time prediction data on public transit systems in Boston and beyond. He's got experience and insight into practical, scalable solutions for iOS development and a feel for user experience and interaction design. As the Lead User Interface Engineering Architect for the Boston office, Jean-Charles is responsible for making sure all our frontend code is top-notch. Leveraging modern tooling and sound engineering practices, he works hard to build fast, robust, and efficient experiences for all of PayPal's customers. In addition to his client-side work, Jean-Charles is also responsible for server-side rendering and some full-stack development using NodeJS.

As the Ad Sales Marketing Manager for PayPal, Ian ensures that the sales team has the marketing tools they need to succeed. He works closely with our UX, sales and product teams to create digital and offline marketing materials that include the general sales pitch decks, PPMN website, print collateral and other custom pitch materials. Ian has masters degrees from Boston University and Northeastern and enjoys time in the recording studio and motorcycling.
